		Winners are selected based on what makes them distinctive, rare, and noteworthy. The primary question asked by our reviewers will be, "what makes this baby exceptional?" Both the written application and web site that features the baby will be considered so take care in what you write. Provide specific examples of how the Golden Baby candidate can be distinguished from other babies.
