All participants in the Who's Your Baby? Website Award Program are held to the following Statement of Ethics. We declare and agree to maintain high standards of honesty, integrity, fairness, and impartiality as set forth below. We shall:
  • Follow and enforce the program's Terms of Service including our Copyright Statement and Privacy Policy.

  • Clearly post award criteria.

  • Hold our own site to a standard that meets the criteria.

  • Allow all applicants who satisfy the criteria to apply. We will not discriminate based on gender, race, religion, veteran status, or handicap.

  • Not accept favors of any sort in exchange for preferential treatment of applications.

  • Not simply "give away" awards to applicants that don't meet the criteria. This is not a reciprocal award; the program's purpose must be upheld by bestowing awards only to sites who meet the criteria.

  • Maintain a professional manner in general (whether pertaining to a review or not) during communication with applicants.

  • Show courtesy to winners by providing award graphics that do not exceed 200 pixels in width or 200 pixels in height, and that may be resized according to our Copyright Statement.

  • Require only that applicants meet the criteria to win an award. It is not, and never will be mandatory to sign a guestbook, or join a mailing list. However, once an award is bestowed, it is a requirement that the graphic be linked back to in a method described through the award notification e-mail.
